Dr. Asha Prasad is the author of Authentic Alignment: How Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science Can Revitalize Your Health, Happiness, and Potential. She is also a podcast host, personal and professional coach, and the creator of The Prasad Method™.

She attained her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic University. Dr. Prasad currently is in private practice in Europe, where she treats individuals using a more holistic approach to health care.

She also works with individuals and groups worldwide to align their personal and professional goals, providing guidance and insights to help them become more productive, improve relationships, and focus on their well-being.
